Coaching that can unlock your potential as a nurse leader.

Thrive in practice. Grow your impact. Lead with purpose.

Coaching for nurses, nurse practitioners, and healthcare leaders.

1:1 personal coaching sessions held virtually and designed to offer a private, supportive space where nurses and healthcare leaders can pause, reflect, and focus on their growth.

Why coaching?

Throughout my career as a pediatric nurse, nurse practitioner, educator, and nurse leader, I’ve been grounded in service and integrity. These values shape how I care, teach, and lead. Like many in healthcare and academia, I’ve also experienced burnout, which pushed me to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.

That path led me to coaching. I see coaching as an act of self-care—a space to breathe, reflect, and rediscover your purpose. It doesn’t give you answers; it helps you uncover your own. I’m passionate about supporting others as they navigate leadership, career transitions, or periods of uncertainty.

As a coach in training, I offer a safe, supportive virtual space where you can explore your values, clarify your strengths, and move forward with confidence and intention.

“Working with Staci has been one of the most transformative parts of my early career. As a new DNP graduate stepping into my first Nurse Practitioner role, I felt passionate but unsure how to turn that passion into a clear path—especially after moving from a small Alabama town to a major California city. Staci helped me define and refine my vision, articulate my passions, and create a strategic plan for growth. She consistently reminded me to give myself grace and view my career as a journey, not a destination. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking clarity, direction, and confidence in their professional trajectory. Staci has been an invaluable guide in helping me step into the career I’m meant for.”

“Staci really helped me reflect on my experiences, think through options, and make adjustments to my processes. Working with her was a great use of my time, which, as a busy mom of two and faculty member, my time is limited.”
