With a strong foundation in pediatric nursing and years of experience as a board-certified nurse practitioner, I’ve dedicated my career to improving the lives of children and families. My passion for education led me into academic nursing, where I currently serve as a faculty member and program coordinator. As a nurse educator, I’m committed to mentoring future nurse leaders and advancing excellence in nursing education. Along the way, I’ve faced my own challenges, including burnout and the search for clarity in my professional path. These experiences inspired me to pursue training as a professional coach, where I now support others in navigating their careers with purpose, resilience, and confidence. I bring a values-based, reflective approach to coaching, walking alongside you as a trusted thinking partner and helping you create space to grow. I am currently enrolled in the Higher Ed Coaching program with Dr. Katie Linder and actively completing requirements to earn the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
