With a strong foundation in pediatric nursing and years of experience as a board-certified nurse practitioner, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting children, families, and the nurses who care for them. My passion for teaching led me into academic nursing, where I now serve as a faculty member and program coordinator, mentoring future nurse leaders and advancing excellence in education.

My own experiences with burnout and career uncertainty inspired me to pursue professional coach training, and I now help others navigate their careers with clarity, resilience, and purpose. I take a values-based, reflective approach to coaching, serving as a trusted thinking partner as you create space to grow.

I am currently enrolled in the Higher Ed Coaching program with Dr. Katie Linder and working toward the Associate Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation. I’d love to meet you, learn your story, and support you in reaching your goals.
